Mahina (moon)Pearl Pendant

Description

Mahina means moon in the Hawaiian culture.  In making this pendant we have combined a popular petroglyph, often seen carved in the lava of a series of slightly curved lines that vary in size from large to small. It is believed that this petroglyph represents the reflection of the moon on the ocean. We have added a Mabe Pearl for the moon. It measures 2 ¼” long by 1” wide.
